Great place. Enjoyed the stay!

It was a beautiful getaway home away from. I really enjoy some peace and quiet.

House was nice and beds were comfy. Well appointed with all you need. Host was very responsive. Stayed with family and had plenty of room and hot water!!!

I am an owner of a small construction company and I travel alot for work. I have a lot of workers under me , im always scared to get reject for an Airbnb, but Tyler did the opposite and accommodated for my boys and I. The property was beautiful and everything was clean, the rooms were a great fit for the guys. The kitchen,living room and the outside space were for the guys to unwind after a hards day of work. To touch up on the kitchen, it serve its purpose and helped us save money on food, where otherwise we'd be spending too much. overall a great stay, and I would highly recommend to anyone, from families to workers like my own.

Pros: -Host was very responsive -Beds were wonderful. -Table was nice -Couch was comfy. Cons: -Both the downstairs bath and tub/bath upstairs have mold on shower curtains (pics) -No drain stoppers for bathtubs (we have small kids that needed bath) -Backyard was disappointing (not as pictured on listing) the host later messaged and said he “forgot to let us know of his ongoing project back there) -Towels are showing their age (grungy looking and some had holes) -No pantry space at all -Can’t use bar stools at counter because you have to put your food there. -Upstairs is just HOT -Patio is okay (great shade)…but fire table is looking too used and not swept or cleaned. -We had to get the host to send over for propane as the fire table was left on and out. -The cleaning people are not great. Floors upstairs were not vacuumed well or at all (found ponytails and Bobby pins), dust bunnies under couch. -Dog poop in the yard -No drying rack in kitchen

The neighborhood was unkept. The outdoor yard was being landscaped so we could not use the facilities outdoors as described. The grass was unmowed and the air conditioner was unable to keep the upstairs cool. We were generally disappoi ted based on other stays with other hosts.

Everyone was comfortable and the updated bathrooms were beautiful.

Our group enjoyed staying in this house, especially since all the bedrooms had king beds. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the people in Jeffersonville were friendly. The only issue we had was that it wasn't as cleaned as well as we would have liked and was lacking some of the basics.

Overall, the vrbo was good - however, it wasn't in a very nice neighborhood. The inside was pretty nice, but the outside wasn't as nice as the pictures, but worked fine for us. The property manager was super attentive and responded right away with answers to our questions. It was a good location for getting places - close to the freeways.

We stayed here while we were waiting to move into our house. Upon arriving initially I wasn’t sure the house was going to be what we booked. However upon getting in, it was perfect. It was very nicely decorated and there is a ton of space for families or large groups. The outdoor space is lovely. When we arrived there was a few issues, but Tyler was a rockstar and immediately fixed all the issues we had. My kids especially loved the arcade machine.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. It has all the extras with modern appliances, nice furniture and finishes and a great hot tub!

The house was lovely, and we felt right at home as soon as we entered the home. The house has games, great outside sitting area, and during good weather the backyard would be a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. So close to downtown Louisville, and some really interesting places to visit nearby. Although our group was there for work, I would like to book again when I can investigate and do in the more in the area.

Over all we had a nice stay. I would not stay at this property agian, but we made the best of the trip. Pros and cons of the property during our visit. Pro's: 4 spacious bedrooms & modern interior. Spacious dinning area. Easy entry to home. Nice little game room kept the teenager and 10 year old busy. 2 sets of washer and dryer. 3 bathrooms. Con's: Neighborhood was not as expected. Not the greatest area. Apon arrival towls on all beds & in bathrooms were (very wet) not dried & stained. We had to rewash them before use. Hot tub was dirty did not apeare to be cleaned.(Dirt & scum caked on the sides) Patio & backyard area not esthetically pleasing as pictured. (Broken furniture & not as spacious as it appears). attached neighbors not one unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend. Nicely located close to all our planned activities. Had everything that we needed and more. Our college age and teens loved the volleyball court! It was wonderful to have a fenced in backyard for our dogs. Once we accidently left our windows down in our vehicle and it was pouring rain and the neighbor ran over to place a bag over the window and let us know! So very kind! Thank you for the great stay!

this place was awfully nice for our little family! The teenager had the run of the upstairs, and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple times. the dogs loved the nice sized yard.

The house was conveniently located for activities in Indiana and Kentucky. Host was very responsive. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops

The home was cute and satisfying to our needs. There was enough space for my crew to celebrate my graduation. Although we liked the home and enjoyed our stay, there are some things the owner can do to make future stays more enjoyable. The upgrades to the home were nice but does need some TLC. The cleaning crew doesn't clean well, and the rugs and towels need to be replaced. It's nice that they were available, but the towels were hard, and the rugs are worn and dirty looking. It's pleasing that there are washer and dryers available, but adding an extra washer and dryer in the kitchen isn't necessary. I think you should take those out of the kitchen and add the pantry because we had all of our groceries everywhere because there isn't a pantry. The back yard is a great space but please have the cleanup crew at least rake up the sand and straighten the poles for the volleyball outline to look neater. The cushions on the patio sectional should be cleaned and replaced every now and then. It was cold during the time we were there so having plenty of hot water was a plus. The a/c and heater were confusing, it was extremely hot upstairs, yet it was cooler downstairs. The owner did respond in a timely manner, but we think the temperature balanced itself because it was cold outside, and we were ok. Oh, and in the description of the home, please indicate that it's one shared bathroom with the two bedrooms downstairs and indicate where the other bathrooms are located.

Another AirBNB cancelled on us an hour before check-in and Tyler went out of his way to get his space cleaned for us to be able to do a last minute check in. Tyler was extremely responsive and answered any questions I had promptly. Thanks, Tyler!

Family and friends stayed at this property for five days. The home is very comfortable with plenty of seating. The beds were soft, and there was plenty of hot water. We had one small issue and the property manager took care of our concern immediately. 10/10 would totally stay here again.

This house was great for a work trip for 5 ladies. Had dinner a few miles away and everyone slept soundly in their own queen bed. We saved at least a few hundred dollars and got to watch a movie together after dinner and relax a bit. We will stay here again when a group of us need housing in the area.

Property suited our group of 9. The large dining table with 8 chairs with nearby barstools and the king size beds were the main reasons why we selected this property. Tyler was very responsive to our needs.

Tyler’s place was a fun getaway, and very close to Louisville. The place has many options to enjoy during your stay. Tyler seems like a very detail oriented person as there was a Christmas tree and stockings. Additionally there were supplies for s’mores. Great host!!

3-Star Review Our stay at Tyler’s Airbnb in Jeffersonville had its positives but also quite a few areas for improvement. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of nine for Thanksgiving, which was a major plus. The layout is great for a large group, and the home has a lot of potential with some updates and better maintenance. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Cleanliness under the furniture was lacking—we found this out when retrieving our dog’s ball from under the couch. The downstairs shower is very loud, the freezer hadn’t been cleaned, and there were burned-out lightbulbs on the back deck. Additionally, there was no propane provided for the fire feature, and the volleyball area was mostly wet dirt and sand. While the neighborhood is not the best, we were familiar with the area, so this wasn’t unexpected. However, given the condition of the property and the lack of upkeep, we didn’t feel it was worth the price we paid.

The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Not only was there an outdoor fire pit, but the hosts also provided everything needed to do s’mores which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts also had plenty of trash bags and toilet paper. The house was not only stocked with the essential items as other places, it was well stocked. Had plenty of host provided trash back and toilet paper.

Wonderful set up for our ladies weekend. Tyler was easy to work with and very responsive. Jeffersonville is a hidden gem!

Excellent attention

We were on a Bourbon Trail and from that point of view this place was perfectly located. Close enough to Louisville and also to restaurants and stores. The rooms were huge, beds were comfortable and big enough for 2 adults to easily sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and spices plus coffee. Appliances were new and worked really well. Living room was spacious and worked well for our big group. The negatives were the location, it was in a family neighborhood but not fancy. Of course, we never had a problem with the neighbors. We didn’t use the hot tub or the outdoors as it seemed to be dusty. We didn’t use trip a part of the circuit for some reason but Tyler was great in responding and helping quickly. We also had an odor issue which he quickly cleared up. All in all it is a great place to stay. Tyler is a fantastic host.

I stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Louisville. It was only 12 minutes from down town and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall great location.

My group and I were here for a Bachelors Party and we enjoyed our stay as it was close to all the places we would visit in downtown Louisville. Tyler was great with communication and getting the house ready for our stay.

The home has been updated. King size beds and a very nice hot tub. We would stay there again.

Tyler's place is big and in a convenient location. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition. A little confusion at first at the beginning locating towels and extra bedding but Tyler was incredibly helpful and helped me to figure it out .

The house was very nice and well set up. I noticed the floors hadn’t been swept well and there was some crumbs on the stove, I messaged the owner and got a very prompt response. He was very apologetic and stated he would discuss it with the cleaning company. There was a broom and cleaning supplies available so I cleaned it up my self and let him know. But overall it was a very pleasant experience and a very nice place to stay!

Had my brothers bachelor party. Very fun back yard and in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to downtown! Would recommend to anyone looking for a couple nights out in da Ville.

Our group loved this stay! Great location close to Louisville. Lots of space for the group and we felt comfortable here! The hot tub and volleyball net were a great evening activity.

Tyler was very gracious with letting us do an early check in. The rental had so many little things such as toothbrushes in case you forgot, towels, coffee etc. I would say it could use a better cleaning as some of the bathtubs still had dirt in them upon our arrival and the walls need a good scrub. We couldn’t use the hot tub it was full of dirt. The neighborhood was busy and a neighbor played music until 2am a couple of nights. Also in a lower income area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beds were very comfortable and place was spacious

Tyler's house was very welcoming. Great place to relax after walking around the expo center for 2 days. The house is within 10 minutes of anything you could want or need for food or stores. Tyler was very responsive when we needed to get ahold of him. Hot tub was huge and worked well. It was a little green but there was chemical shock there on hand to use so that wasnt an issue either. Id give this house a 9.5/10 overall. Would recommend to anyone.

The house is decent at best. And the neighborhood seems a little sketchy. Good enough for a work trip of men, but would never take my family there. Also made reservations by mistake, and realized instantly. Despite contacting property owner and Air B support, they wouldn’t not waive the 700 dollar cancellation fee. Kinda bogus in my opinion. I mean it was like 15 minutes after I realized. Would not stay ever again.

They were in the middle of remodeling/updating so a few things were out of sorts but the home was comfy and Tyler was a great host!

This was a great place for our large group. Lots of comfy beds, great firepits and hot tub as well as a large gathering space in living room/kitchen. Tv in all but one room, which we found surprising and impressive! Really our only complaint was due to the severely chilly weather at the time, the home was difficult to keep warm. The screen door in the living room leaked a lot of cold air making the living room and kitchen sometimes cold. Any other day of the year, it wouldnt have mattered!

Tyler’s place was great for our large group, particularly with the number of king size beds and the number of bathrooms. We encountered one issue which Tyler addressed completely and to our satisfaction!

Had some odor issues that the host was quick to try and correct. Overall the place needs maintenance. The walls need painting and the 1st floor bath needs to be renovated. It had everything as described but just didn’t meet the expectations. Grill and outdoor furniture were gross. Wouldn’t use them at all.

There are good and bad things about this property. This property has potential to be awesome. The upstairs game room was a big plus for the boys age 7 to 9. The property has been remodeled and we loved what the owner did to the place. It looks appealing when you walk in. However, the freezer did not work and the ice maker was broken and water was on the floor. The owner did offer to replace it the next morning, but we didn't need the freezer or ice maker. The day after that, the refrigerator stopped working, was warm inside, and all of our items had to be thrown out. We could have lived with all of this, but the first night when we went to go to bed, we found hairs on the fitted sheets in the downstairs bedrooms. There was also leaf debris or something on one of the bottom sheets. There was no detergent available to wash them. We ended up pulling the sheets and sleeping on blankets that we had brought. There was mold in the downstairs bathroom tub. The caulking needs to be pulled and redone. Webs with bugs in them were found in several places near the ceiling. There is definite mold in one of the washers, but hopefully the cleaning crew is using the other washer. The walls were sticky and tacky with grime. The owner did offer to have the cleaning crew come back to clean, but we were not comfortable to have them in the place with our belongings while we were gone. A new cleaning crew needs to be hired and this place will get the 5 stars it is seeking.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were incredibly soft, and the house was clean. Tons and tons of towels available, even seperate towels for the hot tub. They even had everything we would need for smores. We would definitely stay here again

We rented the place for family and friends while visiting for the Bourbon Trail. Host was only responsive the day before the stay, but was quick to answer any questions during the stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was disappointing. Mold was present in the washing machine and in the bathroom upstairs (shower). Multiple dead bugs where found on the floor and on/around the windows. The outdoor couch cushions where hard and cracked. The listing also stated that smoke and carbon monoxide detectors where present in the home. None where found or visible during the stay and when disclosed to the owner, stated where hidden but again did not disclose the location and we were unable to find. The location was close to downtown Louisville. The pictures of the interior of the space are accurately represented in the listing. The upstairs area was very spacious and accommodating for medium to large groups.

Great spot! Awesome backyard for activities and hot tub was real nice. Bedrooms were very comfy and kitchen had everything we needed to be cozy. Easy to get out and about from the spot. All and all, great place for a great price

Tyler’s airbnb was at one point a great spot but it desperately needs up-keep. The front screen door must be pushed closed very hard in order to shut, the batteries were dead in the remotes and push lights above the beds, wet sheets were left in the washer upon arrival, the badminton set had one working racket and zero birdies. He said the last guests had left the hot tub “nasty” (his words) so they had to empty and refill it. No working ice in freezer. The place needs some love and has potential but it’s currently not worth the price it’s at. The neighborhood is also pretty sketchy and I woke the next morning with trash all around my car. I would suggest finding a spot closer to the city.

Large space, lots of rooms/beds, inside is nice…could use a coat of paint inside, unexpected lower income neighborhood for $950 total/ night (incl fees/taxes). The hot tub needs stepping stones through 15ft pea gravel or grass access. Enjoyed my stay for 7 adults, but “iffy” on the value.

We did not stay and found a hotel instead. The front storm door didn’t latch, bathroom downstairs was not as advertised and appeared dirty/dingy, refrigerator was leaking water outside and inside, kitchen and stairwell walls were dirty with handprints and greasy finger print smudges, upstairs temp was hot, outside patio furniture was dirty and in very poor condition, the hot tub- we actually chose to spend extra money so we could use it, but it is unusable— the lid needs to be replaced, water inside hot tub was filthy, full of leaves, branches and debris, water was disgusting greenish brown (not crystal clear as pictured in online photos) so it was unusable, had definite bad odor. The yard was all weeds. We drove 5 hours and we’re looking forward to a relaxing getaway. We Paid $1300+ for only two days. We were extremely disappointed. We just left without even sitting down, after seeing the above-mentioned issues. Spent additional $400+ for a hotel. They & Airbnb refuse any refund.

This place was great. Clean, updated home with a lot of space and nice rooms. Tv had Netflix, Hulu, etc. Host was very quick to respond and accommodating. The backyard was fenced which gave privacy and allowed my dog to roam freely. Would stay again!

This place was great for our group of 9 adults. The 3 full bathrooms allowed us all to have space to get ready, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit in the backyard. Also just a quick 10 minute drive to Louisville. We would definitely stay here again!

Tyler was an awesome host! His response time was very quick from the second we booked until we left. Friday night we came back and the power was out, and I called him to try to figure out what to do, and he picked right up. He even offered to have some lanterns door dashed to us. We had 12 people and felt there was plenty of room, towels, etc. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. Thank you Tyler for a great stay!

The place was great overall! House is beautiful and we enjoyed the backyard area and the arcade game. All pics matched up. Tyler was super responsive and helpful. Only thing is that the hot tub kept tripping the breaker so every 8-10 minutes someone would have to get out and switch it again. Also, it is a duplex so you share a wall with the neighbor. It’s a nice place but I don’t think I would pay that much for it again.

We had a group of 12 stay at Tyler’s place and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us to stay comfortably. The place was super clean and the pictures do not disappoint! We had a great time sitting around the table and bonfire along with playing games and enjoying the hot tub. For anyone looking to spend time in Louisville or on the KBT highly recommend staying here. Our group would just Uber to Louisville and it was only a 10 minute ride away. This is the perfect place to stay no matter your group size. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about it! Wonderful! Perfect for a family vacation to the UofL game, Churchill downs and a few bourbon tours! So much space for everyone! We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s and this ranks up there as one of our favorites. So many thoughtful little touches, great open space for hanging out. I would definitely recommend this home!

WOW! 10/10! I've stayed in many Airbnb's and this has to be one of the best. The home has every amenity one could possibly need and more, their was so much attention to detail put in the home. Host was very gracious and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend if you're in the Jeffersonville/Louisville area that you stay here.

Tyler's place was PERFECT! we rented this to host a bachelor/bachelorette party in Louisville and it was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. We loved having access to a hot tub. plus the location was amazing. we were minutes away from downtown Louisville, so we could easily go back and forth between the stay and downtown. Tyler was very accommodating and quick to respond when I had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay and location was close to Louisville. Plenty of room for lots of people or couples. Wish it had more of the common kitchen utensils for general cooking, other than that it was fantastic.

House was exactly what we needed for 8 adults, a toddler, and two older dogs. The house is no more than 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do in downtown Louisville, and has a Meijer and Kroger close by for anything we might have forgot to bring. the house was very clean and well kept and Tyler was very quick to respond to any questions I had while we were there. I will definitely be looking to stay at one of his properties the next time we come to Louisville.

This home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Plenty of space to be together as a group or find alone space. Decor was perfect and the host even left us some welcome goodies (I’ll keep those a secret). Having all king size beds is awesome! A very quick and convenient drive to downtown. The location is safe and very neighborly feeling. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here next time I’m in town!

This place is great! The fully stocked kitchen was super helpful so we could enjoy our own home-cooked meals, it had an amazing backyard where we shared memories by the fire and relaxed in hot tub, and our kids loved the arcade games! I truly felt the "you don’t need to bring anything but yourselves" sentiment. We would definitely return!

Location was super convenient. Jeffersonville itself has so much to offer we hardly spent time in Louisville. Great restaurants right on the river. Mins away from just about anything you can think of. The house itself was spotless and very stylish. We will be back again!
