convenient location and really cool amenities. we loved it

The house is big and spread out for large parties. It wasn't our greatest stays we have had. We were expecting to be able to use all of the amenities during our trip. We were not able to use the Hot tub or the fire pit when we wanted to use it. We stayed 2 days and had plans for new years eve and then were planning on using the hot tub and outside amenities but the hot tub did not get up to temperature until the morning we left and the fire pit didn't get started until the maintenance guy came later in the night, which we didn't want to use those things that late bc we had to get up in the morning. I spent 6 hrs of our 2nd night messaging back and forth with Tyler. Instead of enjoying the amenities it was a hassle, and I feel like Tyler was very inconsiderate about it and was trying to tell me how my group should have planned our trip. He was also very rude in telling me not to talk to his maintenance people when I was only helping them and telling them about the problems.

The house was really nice; however, you could tell the cleaners had been in a hurry. It was tidy but floors and bathrooms needed a good cleaning. Many of the outdoor amenities needed to be addressed as they were not usable right away. However, Tyler did address all of our concerns immediately and was very responsive.

Overall the place was clean other than some sticky spots on the floor. Upon arrival the gate was left open, the back door entrance to the home was left open. As I started a walk thru I noticed the couch was broken, bed room light fixture broken, pantry door broken, hot tub was not working, corn hole boards broken, very little corn in bags, the heaters in the back did not work. I was later told we had to pay extra to use them but even if we were willing to they wouldn't have worked anyways. We had to fix the back door entrance to close and lock ourselves so we could feel safer sleeping. I messaged the host about the problems and asked for them to at least send someone to fix the couch and heaters and when he came he didn't even attempt to fix anything. Promised he would be back with a solution and never seen him again. The host asked if they could just wait until we left to fix it. I don't normally complain but we picked this place for all the amenities and 3/4 we were unable to use.

Overall this had been a nightmare experience. Came in the winter with a large party and rented the whole house. This consist of three units. We arrived to find broken glass in the back yard and trash not tossed. The heater in the lower unit was broken. Took nearly two days to fix which was half of our trip. Once restored we realized we were also dealing with hot water issues. Woke up to find water leaking from the ceiling in the second unit. Informed that I was the water from the toilet leaking into the main room. Water was shut off and we were informed that walls needed to be cut into and pipes replaced. So we lost water in a unit our entire trip. Due to all these issue we had various amount of maintenance people present a significant amount of our time. We lost our privacy and spent a significant amount of time dealing with these issues. A number of amenities did not work or did not work well. Reached out to the host to discussed the matter. After days of unresponsive I lost faith.

Very roomy and comfortable. Many Airbnbs end up feeling significantly smaller then you were led to believe, however in this house, you felt at ease and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Very happy this was the space we picked to stay at. Place was awesome!!

We had a great weekend staying at Tyler’s place. The house was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and set up perfectly for a group getaway. The outdoor space was a huge plus: plenty of seating, the fire tables were a nice touch, and the whole area had a fun vibe that made hanging out easy. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The location worked well for what we needed and felt safe and convenient. Overall, the space made the weekend simple and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again.

This airbnb far exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and insanely spacious for the 9 of us staying, and the amenities couldn’t be beat. We loved hanging outside in the large yard, and Tyler was quick to respond when we needed more propane for the fire pits / heaters. Tyler also allowed us to early check-in and late check-out and was overall very friendly and responsive to our messages. Fantastic space with a fantastic host! Thanks again, Tyler!!

Booked the entire place for my Bachelor Party. The amenities were great and the location was awesome. It was close enough to downtown while also giving a chance for peace and quiet.

Great location! Could have walked several places but it was too hot so we took an uber or Lyft for a small fee. Plenty of room for all of us!

Tyler was a great host, and his house was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with a very large group, and the house gave each family plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time there, even if it was only one night! The kids loved the outdoor space, and the parents loved how fast Door Dash was delivered. We had a slight issue with an air conditioner and Tyler dealt with it quickly and checked in periodically to make sure we were good. Also, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tyler's place is fantastic. I can see it working as individual aptments, but if you have a large group and can rent the entire place out it's truly a gem. The outside space is awesome, and plenty of amenities inside also (coffee, snacks, toothbrushes and toothpaste, access to washer/dryer). Easy to find, ample parking for up to 4 cars, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great Space for large groups. Louisville seems small so getting around wasn’t an issue. Neighborhood felt abandoned. Tyler was a great host and always responsive to messages.

Amazing house!! Me and my family loved every bit of it. Huge space and lots of beds!! The backyard was so creatively decorated and we had so much fun in the hot tub. Also it was a bonus that each refrigerator had bottles of water which we was so thankful for. Would definitely book again!!

The house had everything we needed for our bachelor party weekend. It was a great location close to bars and had a lot of activities/amenities at the house that we were able to enjoy while we were there! Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Louisville area!

Loved our stay in this house! We were able to book the whole thing, which was more space then we needed but it was really nice to spread out. The whole place is just really cool, fun spaces, well decorated, very nice amenities. Tyler was so helpful with allowing us an early check in time so our teenagers could hang out in the yard with the pool and shuffleboard table while the adults went on a distillery tour. The kids were able to walk to get their own food and treats and the adults were able to walk to the distilleries and restaurants. Highly recommend booking any of the individual apartments or the whole thing for a fantastic trip!

Great accommodation for larger parties, fair price, convenient location for Bourbon trail tours and downtown Louisville.

We had a group on 10 guys for a bachelor party. The space was fantastic to host all of us.

6 of us were in Louisville for a Bourbon Trail trip. It's a little hard to sort out exactly how the Airbnb is laid out. Basically, it's a glorified apartment building with three separate apartments (we rented the whole unit). Each apartment has two BRs and two baths. For each, the master BR has its own bath and the second bedroom has a dedicated common bathroom. The units were well stocked. The highlight is the private backyard area with a hot tub, pool, sauna, games, etc. The location was superb with an easy stroll down to main street to restaurants, distilleries and breweries. The price was a little on the premium side but well worth it considering all the benefits. We only had one small concern: there was construction on the adjacent bldg with truck noise starting early (hardly the owner's fault but still a little annoying).

Had a great time. This place worked great for our large group, the sauna was awesome and the bed I slept on was very comfortable

Nice place. Immediate area is a bit dingy, but easy walking distance to NuLu. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous place for a group! We were very pleased!

I used Airbnb for the first time. I stayed with eight colleagues from my company, and we had an amazing time. When we arrived, the sauna and jacuzzi were already prepared, so we could use them right away! I was the one who made the reservation, and everyone absolutely loved it. They all said they wanted to come back again. Next time, I’d love to come with my family!!

Tyler’s place was everything we needed after we left another Airbnb due to an emergency! Loved the space & everything provided, so worth it!

Great place! Three separate full apartments in the same building making it perfect for large groups. The downstairs apartment was our hangout spot where the two apartments upstairs was mostly just for sleeping. Great place for a weekend getaway or staycation! It rained our weekend we were there but we still spent time outside because the setup is amazing!!!

We loved this space. We rented all three spaces for a family get together. The backyard was great for both adults and kids. Very clean and modern design. Comfy beds. Very well stocked with necessities and extras.

We had to book this last min due to some unfortunately famliy event. This house was accomidating for our family to come together during these times. Will definitely rent again

This is such a special property! Having 3 conjoining units (therefore 3 kitchens) and also so many on-suite bathrooms allowed for plenty of privacy for my colleagues and me on our work trip. The place is clean and modern. The bathrooms had extra new toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. and the showers had shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which were all nice touches. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing loved it!!!

I rented Tyler’s entire place for my family and my siblings and their grownup children. Unfortunately, it was only for one night.. we were all so sad that we couldn’t enjoy the space longer. It is such a great spot (especially the backyard) for everyone to put their phones down and actually spend time together. We grilled, played games, sat by the fire pit and some even enjoyed the hot tub. The living/sleeping arrangements are so accommodating and there is so much room! I have stayed in lots of Airbnb’s and do often in Louisville and I have to say that Triple Crowns, so far, has been my absolute favorite! This place does not disappoint!

We rented Tyler’s place for a group of friends traveling for a memorial, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and a knockout both inside and out, with impressive amenities, especially outdoors. Even though we only got a few dry moments due to the remnants of Hurricane Helene, we made the most of the space and really appreciated the thoughtful layout and details. Tyler was responsive and easy to work with, and the check-in process was smooth. The property matched the listing perfectly, and the overall vibe of the house really helped us feel at home during what was an emotionally heavy trip. I would absolutely recommend it to others and hope to return under more positive and weather-friendly circumstances. Thanks for a great stay, Tyler!

Tyler’s ABNB property was a fantastic place. Everyone in my group loved the sauna and soaking pool. All the units were as described and clean. 10/10 property and Would recommend others stay.

Tyler is a great host, was really responsive, and was very accommodating allowing our group to drop off our bags before check in time so we could make our tour at Jim beam. The place was spotless and the amenities and outdoor space were terrific for our group. Overall, terrific experience!
