Quiet time: Prohibits any outside noise that is audible at the property line of the Premises occurring between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weeknights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), and between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekend nights (Friday and Saturday); Local Rental Ordinance 1. When provided on-site, off-Street parking shall occur on paved portions of the Premises and not in the Yard. 2. Rental of the Dwelling shall be done in a manner that is consistent with the intent of a Single Family residential neighborhood. 3. The Owner shall provide the Occupant with the following information prior to occupancy and post such information in a conspicuous location within the Dwelling: a. The name of the contact Person and a telephone number at which the contact Person may be reached any time the Dwelling is Rented; b. Notification of the Maximum Occupancy permitted in the Dwelling per the fire code; c. Notification and instructions as to the parking locations; d. A copy of this Article, as may be amended from time to time; and e. Notification that an Occupant may be cited or fined by the City, in addition to any other remedies available at law, for violating any provisions of this Article. 4. The Owner’s contact Person must be available to accept telephone calls at all times the Dwelling is Rented. The contact Person must have a key to the Dwelling and be capable of being physically present at the Dwelling within three (3) hours to address issues, unless arrangements are made for another Person to address issues within the same timeframe. 5. The appearance of the Dwelling shall not conflict with the residential character of the neighborhood. The Dwelling shall be properly maintained per all applicable local and state codes and kept in good repair so the Use in no way detracts from the general appearance of the neighborhood. 6. Occupants shall not encroach on neighboring properties. 7. The Premises shall be maintained free of debris and unwholesome substances. Garbage must be kept in a closed container and disposed of on a regular, weekly schedule. 8. Occupants shall not create a nuisance. For purposes of this subsection, a nuisance includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: a. Any activity that violates the City noise regulations; b. Any outside noise that is audible at the property line of the Premises occurring between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weeknights (Sunday,Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), and between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekend nights (Friday and Saturday); and c. Any activity that violates the City firework regulations. 9. Short-term Rentals shall not be used to: a. House sex offenders; b. Operate a Structured sober living home; c. Manufacture, exhibit, distribute, or sell illegal drugs, liquor, pornography, or obscenity; or d. Operate an Adult Entertainment Establishment as defined in IC 12-7-2- 1.8).

August 2025 4.00All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Pros: Tyler was very responsive and quick to address a couple concerns upon check in. We had a great time using the pool and the house was a short ride to downtown. Tons of sleeping space and all were comfortable. Note some beds are located in detached pool house. Main house A/C kept the upstairs super cool. Access to lots of content on the TV. Cons: We were put off by the neighbor being openly against the house being an Airbnb (signs posted at the driveway stating their disapproval). Tyler informed us upon check in that the neighbors could be a pain and that we needed to strictly follow the parking and noise rules or risk being responsible for fines by the city. We felt the quality of the house didn’t match the cost. Moldy bathroom, broken couch, extremely cheap linens, poorly installed astroturf everywhere. Grill half working and bottom caught fire because it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Pool house A/C filter was completely clogged.
