Fantastic stay in downtown Louisville We had an excellent stay at this downtown Louisville home. The outdoor space was the star—spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing. Both the hot tub and sauna worked flawlessly, and our dogs absolutely loved running around the turf/ yard. Getting in and out of the gates was easy, and the smart locks throughout the house were very user-friendly. Inside, both bedrooms were well maintained and comfortable. The oversized shower in the primary en suite was beautiful and felt like a spa. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook and gather, and the overall layout was convenient and welcoming. The location was ideal—walkable to plenty and an easy drive to everything else. Parking was straightforward and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back!

Very well kept and updated place. Lots to do at the unit and backyard if it’s warm. Very close to bars and restaurants. Outside heaters were out of propane and couldn’t be used but Tyler has thought of everything else. Very comfortable unit.

There were several issues with the property. Including a broken bed in the second room, no extra sheets, blankets, towels, or wash clothes. There weren’t even sheets for the Murphy bed. I let Tyler know about the issues, especially with the bed. There was some miscommunication with the repair person. After originally scheduling the repair for early afternoon, the repair person let me know that he was coming to fix the issues at 9:30pm, which was 24 hours after the initial notification, of our final night at the property. I asked him not to come because the bed was unusable and because of the unknown status, we had to get a separate room to make sure everyone had a place to sleep. I understand that miscommunications happen but overall, I was a bad experience and I felt the responses were slow.

Tyler was very helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns. When we arrive he was actually finishing maintenance on hot tub and pool (which needed a little more TLC) but overall the place was clean,l and spacious. I absolutely adored the back yard and met some great neighbors to hang with as well! The hot tub was the icing on the cake, very relaxing and well needed. The master bathroom was EVERYTHING😍with the tall spacious walk in shower it was definitely something I want in my own home. Overall a peaceful night away from home. I will definitely book again.

Awesome pad to crash while passing thru Louisville. Tons to do in the patio area. Beds were extremely comfortable.

People who stayed before us left trash piled up, so there were many dead flies that his cleaning team did try to take care of; but it is inconvenient to have to sweep up dead flies and keep shoes on. I do understand it is not his fault. Also, The doorknob to get outside to the backyard kept popping off our entire stay, which did get a little annoying. The backyard was nice, but only one of the heating lamps/fire place worked. One of the cornholes were broken. Basketball not there. Hotub not getting up to temp. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, definitely not worth the money though. Needs to be upkept outside. However, the inside was beautiful!

The place is spacious and has a nice shared yard area with a 10’ pool and outdoor games. However, we had an issue with the third Murphy bed not having a proper pillow, sheets, and blanket. I tried communicating with Tyler who said he would check with the cleaners, but he never got back to me. The only options were a roughly textured throw pillow and thin throw blankets. My relatives had to use towels to keep warm at night! Also, the AC does not cool evenly, with the living room super while one of the bedrooms remained quite hot. Host was not very apologetic. Neighborhood isn’t very walkable and adjoining building is undergoing construction. It’s about a 5 minute drive to NuLu and 10 to downtown.

My kids and I loved this place! So clean, beautifully decorated, and great outside entertainment!

The apartment had great amenities our family with children enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub and games. Spacious bedrooms with TV’s and dining area was great to entertain our children..

We loved our stay here and wish we had the time to stay an extra day. It was a perfect quick retreat for our family. The beds were so comfortable which was much needed after a long week in the road.

Awesome setup and Tyler was really communicative and easy to get a hold of. Appreciated the water and coffee in the place already and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Tyler was a great host, he was very helpful in all the questions and concerns I had and was very quick at responding. Our only main issue was the backyard area. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but quickly learned that wouldn’t be possible. Due to it being March, the pool wasn’t ready since it is still freezing season (which is understandable). The hot tub though was dirty, not working, and we spend hours trying to get it to run properly. If we had known ahead of time these amenities wouldn’t be available, that would be different. The backyard was also not what we expected, none of the fire pits had gas, the heaters had no gas either, a broken lightbulb hanging openly, and the sauna was also unusable since the water bucket was dirty and also the lights inside didn’t work. Minor issues we got over, and Tyler was very helpful in us trying to get the hot tub running. Just not perfectly what we wanted/expected, but still a good stay and was very clean and comfy inside.

Tyler’s place is awesome as per usual! Last time I stayed upstairs and that was great. Kentucky Derby & Pegasus is awesome!

I have stayed here several times and it love it every time extremely easy to book. Great communication cleanliness in this overall experience is amazing.

Only stayed one night at Tyler’s place but it was great. Great location being close to downtown. Fun outdoor space and the hot tub was working great. Inside was clean and had nice furnishings. Would stay here again! Also, I left a couple items and Tyler was able to mail them back to me. Great host and very responsive!

The space was actually amazing. It was just 4 of us but when we walked in everything looked nice and perfect. We were shocked about how spacious and big the unit was. We fell in love with the big open space and table provided, we were able to sit around and talk before heading to bed. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were super comfortable. The amenities provided were amazing, thank you for all you provide. The little area outside the unit was great. We didn’t have time to explore and it’s shared and we saw people using them, which is great.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this oasis of fun! Our boys loved the shared outdoor space. The sauna and hot tub hit the spot after a long day of driving. We did not venture out but had dinner delivered through door dash. Derby room is spacious with adorable horse design elements. Master bath has a rain shower! This place has everything you need for your stay. Host even had s’mores for the outdoor fire pit! 5 STARS!

Absolutely loved this place!!! It was raining most of our visit so we didn't utilize the outside as much as I had hoped, but even the inside space itself was perfect and spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Great spot! We're locals so we just needed a place to stay-cation and relax. The hot tub was great and having the shared back patio area was nice because we got to meet the other groups staying there. We will definitely be back!

Outdoor area was amazing. We had a blast using it. Indoor was just as awesome. The king size beds were probably the most comfortable beds I have ever had the privilege to lay my head on.

Host was amazing and responsive for last minute booking. The toothbrushes and smores were a nice touch! The place is beautiful and the shared area is so fun!
