Great place near downtown. Loved the big kitchen table to play games on. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with little things you normally forget.

It was everything he said it was. He thought if everything. He’s got you covered if you forget simple things. Place fun and extremely nice. We would come back.

We had a great stay, very convenient location, the place was very comfy and clean. We stayed in Belmont unit. Definitely recommend.

This place was great. We were worried how it would be having a shared courtyard with guest but connected with other visitors as well! Tyler thought of everything when it came to this place!

Great experience. We even had to play with our dates due to my mistake in the dates I booked. Tyler was responsive and even tried to help find a way for me to get a small refund if he could rebook the date last minute. Place was great, quiet and peaceful. We didn’t use all the amenities just due to time, but overall great experience and if we end up back in Louisville we will check for his places!

We were very excited about our stay… then got there at 3pm (check in time) and it wasn’t ready…a homeless couple (assuming) was standing in front of the door having a make out session.. Tyler called us because he said we had more than 4 people there.. Tyler called us said we were too loud (said he had sound detectors) Tyler called again and said we were smoking in the house ( we were not) and said he had marijuana detectors.. Tyler then called the police on us said we unplugged a battery operated ring camera among other things… while talking with the police we tried calling Tyler (no answer) so they could explain that the loud disturbance he was hearing was in fact was the apt complex across the street with about 10-15 boys playing basketball with loud music yelling and arguing hence why he thought we had more than 4 people staying with us.. in result we had to leave before our stay was over! Worst experience ever!!

I would definitely recommend this place. It was very clean and looked like the photos. Tyler was very responsive when I reached out with questions.

Very nice place, convenient to downtown. There’s a lot of construction going on so the neighborhood will be a lot nicer in the coming years. There were a few maintenance issues, but Tyler was quick to respond and helped as much as he could. Nothing major, great unit with great amenities, would stay there again!

The inside of this space was perfect: clean, neat, great decor, and comfortable. The outdoor area is in need of some attention: There were no towels available in the hot tub towel area, the outdoor lights did not work (Tyler tried to help us out but we were unable to get it figured out while we were there). The outdoor heaters also did not work, and it was unclear how to use the sauna. (We could have spent more time trying to learn how to use it, but we didn’t have that time available this stay). Ultimately the outdoor area felt a bit run down, but it’s the off season so I’m sure that’s part of the reason why. The inside was great, the apartment is very well-appointed, Tyler was very responsive and helpful, but we felt the price was a bit high based on our issues with the outdoor area.

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.

Everything was great, place is close to Louisville downtown and with great Amenities 👍

Really beautiful apartment. The private yard is wonderful and quiet and was an enjoyable place to relax in the evenings. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at an Airbnb, and the furnishings and aesthetic are perfect. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Over all a very enjoyable stay! I would recommend staying here!

Stayed at Tyler’s place with some friends for a small concert in New Albany. The location was good for the ease of ubering to our concert - only about a 16 minute ride but felt much quicker. The space itself was beautiful and the fenced in back yard was awesome. There is a grill + covered bar seating, a sauna, hot tub, stock tub pool, corn hole, giant pong, fire pit tables… We loved it so much we cancelled our dinner plans so that we could hang out there longer before our concert. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for a place to hang with friends before a Louisville event. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m at aww this place was amazing 🤩 I love the new feel the blend of art and the Kentucky Derby was the epic highlight. Definitely 💯 on the list as top tier places to visit while in Kentucky.

Super cool place. Loved the backyard! We only stayed for a night driving through town, but would definitely stay again when in the area. Bed was super comfortable, which is always a plus. Had a nicely stocked coffee bar, which is always appreciated. Tyler was always quick to reply with any questions. A+ for the host also.

Tyler’s place was beautiful and fun for the kids during the daytime. What is not published in the photos or description is there is commercial construction DIRECTLY next door. I was woken up at 3AM by construction that apparently started at 1am according to the worker I spoke with. The feedback from Tyler was “they shouldn’t have started construction until 7am…”. I would have rather paid $70 and went to Union Restaurant to play the same games and eat for 3, got a hotel for $150 to swim and hot tub, and slept until 930am rather than pay $243 for the property and get woken up at 3am and not be able to fall back asleep due to the constant construction and lights shining through the blinds. It was said that we came to an agreement prior to this review but no result, so I feel there’s no other choice but to be completely honest about my experience. Place is great, location absolutely sucks for another year at least until construction is complete.

The unit was very welcoming, Tyler thought of the little things and made sure you had everything anyone could possibly forget and so much more.

This place was a gym! I didn’t realize the outside area was shared, but that may have been my mistake. Either way, it was still pretty private with other guests there. The place was so clean and had this “homey” feeling right away. It was decorated so well. My boyfriend and I had a great time. The outside area is really the selling point for me. The cowboy swimming pool was so cute and different. The fire pit was comforting and relaxing. The sauna was fun as well as the hot tub. Everything really was amazing honestly lol. The area may seem a bit sketchy, but we had no issues and it was actually very quiet. Even with construction happening right next door. I never heard anything.

I found this place on short notice, but the host responded right away. Very flexible on the check in time. The stay was better than I could have imagined. Absolutely stunning inside and the outdoor area was a blast.! I’d definitely return.
