This home was perfect for what we were looking for. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to plenty of shopping and a very short drive to Louisville.

This was my third time staying here, and once again it was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities that make the stay incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a getaway. I’m consistently impressed every time I visit. Highly recommend! 🌟 The host is incredible, very responsive

Very relaxing home for a weekend get away

My coworkers and I stayed here several nights and was very happy. Loved the hot tub. The mattresses were very comfortable and slept amazing here. Felt right at home. Would stay here again. Great host.

There was no propane in the patio heater or grill. The note tub was warm, no where near hot. That’s really all I can complain about.

Our stay was great for a last minute booking. Appreciated the quick response to questions and Tyler was helpful. It was a quiet area and our family enjoyed the hot tub.

The location of this Airbnb was good, and the backyard with the sauna and hot tub was a definite highlight. There was a noticeable pet odor throughout, which was off-putting. The property is in need of maintenance and repairs, and the renovations felt low-quality and poorly executed. While the outdoor amenities and location were great, the overall condition of the house made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The house was a major disappointment for the price paid. While the outdoor amenities and location were highlights, they didn’t justify the cost for such a subpar experience. Several things not as advertised. Would not recommend at this price point. Note*Host responded to concerns in a timely manner and did offer to have someone come clean the house to help with the smell. I declined being we only stayed 2 nights.

My family and I had a great time soaking in the hot tub, playing bags, and shooting basketball! The house was spacious, updated, clean, and cozy! Tyler was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would highly recommend this stay!

Place was as described and had all amenities listed. Great place to stay with your pets. Overall, it was neat and tidy but felt a little dirty (stains on a few comforters, unclean toilets, holes in many of the walls, spiders). An odd odor when we first walked in similar to the porta potty smell but very quickly dissipated. Needs a deep clean in corners and crevices. Hot tub was clean and usable. Not luxury living but definitely does the job.

Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped- even provided ingredient’s for s’mores :) Nothing bad to say here - Great host , great house couldn’t ask for more .

Picked this house since it was a perfect stop to break up our drive during our trek home. Price was perfect for one night…kids enjoyed the hot tub.

Spacious home with all the amenities noted. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the outside grill worked well. The outside area was a nice edition: hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fire pit, propane heater, outdoor furniture, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. The few questions we had were answered promptly, and the owner was genuinely very helpful.

We stayed at Tyler's place after leaving an another Airbnb early due to several issues. I wish I would have booked Tyler's place from the beginning! The home is beautiful, very clean and has several extra amenities that were great. We felt so cozy and comfortable staying there. My favorite part was the hot tub! Tyler was also flexible and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend staying here and will book here again if I am ever back in the area.

We loved this cute and inviting home on a quiet street. The super private backyard with hot tub, patio, and sauna was like a private retreat. The large dining rm /living rm /kitchen was a great community space for our family gathering.

Great location. Close to Louisville fairgrounds and Jeffersonville has a nice downtown with great restaurants. It was perfect for our small group to attend a weekend long music festival.

We stayed at Tyler’s place a few years back and loved it. Coming up this trip we reserved another airbnb by mistake. It was horrible! We immediately left and found this house was open and booked right away! I know this is a nice, clean and comfortable house with a great and responsive host!

Tyler was extremely accommodating and responsive. The location is private and quiet, but still within driving distance of some amazing restaurants. The home was stocked with the essentials and was well kept and clean. Can’t say enough great things about my stay here!

Place was very homey. Back yard set up was great! A few things I would suggest is to get a new hammock for people to lay in. Would have loved to lay in and read a book during the beautiful weather that weekend. The one right now is not very safe. The hanging lights outside need to be replaced. They do not work. Before you get into the hot tub just make sure you wash off first to get perfumes, lotions etc off your body because bile will build up. The inside of the house is set up beautifully! Love the barn door sliding doors! Beds are soooo comfortable too. We did have a problem with the first bedroom. There were ants. Our host was amazing! He was responsive and welcoming. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, good spaces for hanging out, nice area to explore. Hot tub was great. Nice extra touches to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Directions for things around the house and communication was very clear and easy.

House was not what we expected. Looks mostly as pictured however many things are banged up, in need of repair and smell. We didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting looking and smelling. Host did respond to my message during our stay and did do a shock treatment and then the hot tub was much better for our last night. Not sure about garage dimensions but we had to park our truck in at a angle to fit inside, so just something to keep in mind when booking.

Tyler’s place was the perfect getaway! We loved the hot tub, sauna, and beautiful backyard patio! The spot felt like our home a way from home! It is a quick drive to Louisville or downtown Jeffersonville. Tyler was quick to respond to our messages and his place was worth the price! The kitchen was well stocked with k cups and coffee for the coffee pot. Great spot!

We loved how welcoming we felt upon arrival with first the kitchen basket full of coffee and s’mores ingredients, a wonderful added touch. The kitchen was set up nicely in order to make meals. A nice touch in the bathrooms was extra toothpaste and brushes. There were plenty of towels for two days of hot tub and showers for our group. The backyard setup was very inviting and loved having the heater as well as the fire pit with starter and wood. Our only recommendation might be to have directions for the closest place to replenish fire wood. We would definitely return 😁❤️

This home comfortably fit our family of 8. Everything we may have needed was already there. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside seating area due to the weather but we did enjoy the hot tub.

Great place! Good amenities and it was great that we could bring our dog. There is lots to do in the area, with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop less than 8 minutes away. Tyler was very responsive to any issues and took action immediately. My family and I will be back!

Great responsive host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tyler’s house. It’s very clean, comfortable, and he has everything you could possibly want down to the Q-tips! Within 15 minutes to everything in Louisville. We would definitely stay again!

We found this house to be in need of repair, updates and renewal. First, the smell was awful, mostly on the bedroom carpets that smelled like a combination of pet stains and chemicals. When we checked in, one sink was full of water and we could not unplug it for use. Shower door off track. 2 of the bedrooms have barn doors, but so close together that both doors can’t open at the same time. Even though listing says the back yard is totally enclosed, we learned that one section of the fence (toward the front yard) has wide openings in the slats, so when our dog saw other dogs walking down the street, he took off THROUGH the fence, running into the road and - fortunately - no cars were coming or he could have been killed. There is a “Beware of Dog” sign on a fence portion that was not in the photos. There are no lamps in the living room and we thought the couch smelled musty. The flooring covers holes underneath that you can feel when walking over some areas. Worst rental experience ever

Great Airbnb to stay at when doing activities in Louisville! If it wasn’t 90*+ all weekend, we would have used the hot tub & sauna!

The property listings at six bedrooms, and it is only a three bedroom property. The property manager was on site when we got there, the hammock was broke, the hot tub was a very nasty. And the sauna is not as nice as it looks online. The property manager told us about his personal problems and had somebody mow the grass while we were outside playing basketball. Tyler verbally stated that he was going to refund us and he has not. He also is ignoring all messages. I asked a Verbo management or supervisor to call me. They said they would within 24 hours and I heard from them yet either .

A++ home and host! This home is located a short 5 min drive from Main Street Jeffersonville which has great walkability, restaurants, and places to have a drink. Also closely located to downtown Louisville and airport. Listing was great for our stay and our group would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you, Tyler!

The house worked out great for our family. The outside area was very fun. The only downside was the dog next door would bark at us through the opening in the fence.

Beautiful neighborhood just a short drive from downtown Louisville. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful. There were very clear instructions on how to use all of the amenities. They even provided toothbrushes and bathroom necessities guests. The living room, dining, and kitchen are open concept and a great space. The host provided a book with recommendations for places to visit nearby which us to a cute local candy shop has delicious candy and milkshakes.

Tyler’s Airbnb was a great location and had all amenities that were described. Disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the house. We found a lot of left behind items from previous guests. Overall the house had an odor. The hot tub did not retain heat as described. Every wall had excessive scratches or scuff marks.

We ran into an issue with our power being out for days on end, after a storm in the area. We have 2 small kids, and had no timeline on how long our power could be off. Tyler responded quickly, to help get us in as soon as possible. We were able to check in within 2 hours of requesting to book. The house was nice, spacious, comfortable.. my kids and I really felt at home, which is so so important to me. The little touches really made a huge diff in the house. Has a great outdoor area, pretty good size home, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great area, SUPER close to downtown Jeff. We spent the next day exploring downtown, and relaxing. Thank you for making a difficult situation, so much easier for us! We really did feel at home! We appreciate the help, and may look into booking again in the future, if we ever just want to get away!

We are a parents weekend with a group of friends. This house was perfect for 3 couples! Loved the outdoor amenities.

This place is an absolute gem! We headed here for a girls' weekend, and the amenities did not disappont. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. The outdoor patio is perfect!! This house had everything you could possibly want. We will definitely be booking this house again! Tyler was a great host and kept an open line of communication. My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend (5 of us total) just to have a relaxing girl's weekend! We knew nothing about the area but had people from different locations across the country so this was a center point. Tyler had great restaurant and activity recommendations, he was VERY responsive and helpful, and the instructions for entry and all the property specifics were so clear. Also, they went above and beyond and had essentials and little goodies (smores ingredients for the fire, toothbrushes and little other essentials often forgotten like trash bags and soap). There are minor things that are outdated (the couch is worn and the dishwasher is a litte old, etc.) but they weren't things that negatively affected our stay in any way. And the master bed is one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on during a vacation! And the hot tub, sauna, and backyard ambience were awesome, even in January! It was exactly what we were looking for! 👌🏻

Stayed her for a friendscation with some college buddies. Louisville was the easiest for us to get to with one coming fr Chicago, one from Detroit, and one from New Jersey. This place is close to Louisville. Quiet with enough space to hangout with a quiet drink or take a sauna. Forty minutes from Bourbon Trail. 18 min from the airport. 15 minutes to downtown. very comfortable stay.

I thought the house and location was great! Minor issue was the hot tub having some dirt and not really staying warm but besides that everything was good. The two car garage was good, plenty of space for us all, enjoyed all the extra things that we may have needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet! My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Tyler went above and beyond as a host! The house was fabulous, loaded with amenities, and super close to Louisville. It was kids friendly and also great for grandparents. We also really enjoyed all the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Jeffersonville that we were able to get in and out fast.

Location wasn’t the best, hot tub wasn’t very clean and outside garbage was full and smelly from the previous guests. A first for us was a long list of cleanup tasks, quite overkill and incomplete instructions for following them.
