Tyler’s place was better than expected. So many extra touches, kitchen well supplied with extra perks like coffee, creamer, items to make s’mores, extra toothbrushes, etc Lots of areas for our group of 10 to play games and chat

This is the perfect home for a family getaway. Tyler is a very responsive host. The house is updated with the finest furniture and bedding. There is something for all to do. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and would book it again on another trip to Frankfort, Ky.

Eventhough when we arrived there were areas that needed attention, and trash removed, when we contacted Tyler he got right on it and made sure it was taken care of so we didnt have concern it was a nice home

A fantastic place to stay with a first class host. Would recommend to everyone and great value for all that the house offers. House is very well set up for any generation to have lots of fun - from swimming pool and child’s play area to volleyball, pickle court, pool table and poker table. Tyler was also a super host. Thank you for a great stay - we will definitely be back when in Kentucky again

Highly recommended. Felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. Lots to do, could have spent a few more days there if our schedule had allowed. Plenty of room for a large group. Decor was also very nice. Just felt right at home. Would love to come back sometime.

Wonderful place to stay with a large group. The adults and kids were fully entertained with all that the house had to offer. Host responded quickly to all of my questions and we needed nothing during our stay! They thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some. Beautifully decorated and we would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Tyler’s place was awesome. The unique decor was great and there was plenty of private space as well as gathering space. Your kitchen was well equipped. The pool was well used. The only thing I would change is having steps into the pool instead of railing to climb in and out.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Due to some unforeseen circumstances at an another house, we lucked into finding Tyler’s house last minute. Tyler was so understanding and accommodating for our large group and even allowed us to check in a little bit early. The house was immaculate in every way imaginable. There are just so many areas of the house where you can relax and have a great time with a large group. Everyone enjoyed the pristine pool and we even had a chance to play some basketball and pickleball while there. We have stayed at many Airbnb‘s over the past 20+ years but I can honestly say that this is one of the best houses, if not THE best house, we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location for their Bourbon Trail experience, or for just a great relaxing vacation. Tyler will take care of you!

We randomly booked the house and had never stayed in an Airbnb. I explained to Tyler that we had a handicapped son and he was so accommodating. Our son loves the pool (the only place his body works freely) and he spent over 5 hours swimming. We were able to spend quality time with our family and never had to leave the house. Everything was spotless and they even provided everything we needed to make s’mores. Highly recommend!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!!

The house is large with lot of space and activities from pool, hot tub, fire pit, bean bags (corn home), basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, pool table, and movies. Plenty of beds, towels (bath and pool), dishes for a group of 15, and spaces sit to socialize and eat. Tons of paved off street parking as well. The location is removed and not walkable, but is a short drive to Frankfort and about half way between Louisville and Lexington. It makes for a peaceful and private spot. Tyler was very responsive to any of our needs at the house ands quickly offered fixes for any problems we ran into. He was very friendly.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are peaceful and lovely. The house is bigger than it looks and is nicely appointed on the inside. Tyler makes everything easy... there are even extra toothbrushes in the bathrooms! We are looking for a reason to go back.

Very beautiful home in a quiet area. We had everything we needed and more than enough space. The backyard was stunning, pool was immaculate, hot tub was amazing and very clean. Definitely recommend :)

Our large group had a great stay at this property. Great pool area to hang out day and night. Just 8 minutes from grocery stores, but still out of the way and private. The property had something for everyone. Tyler was a very responsive host. A legit 5 Star stay.

This is by far the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at in Kentucky! There’s so much to do here—starting with the enormous swimming pool out back, which comes with all kinds of amenities and pool toys. The outdoor area also features an amazing fire pit and a gas grill, perfect for relaxing evenings. Inside, the house is just as impressive. The state-of-the-art hot tub was a highlight, and we loved spending time at the pool table and poker table. The movie theater room was such a great bonus for our group! The home is incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms, each uniquely designed with fantastic graphic art. All the appliances are brand new and top-of-the-line, and the modern LED lighting throughout the house adds a great touch. This place is truly top-notch and worth every penny. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Kentucky.

Bits of Bourbon was the ideal home base—close to top distilleries and packed with fun! We loved the hot tub, fire pit, movie room, and game spaces. The bedrooms were super comfy (those king beds!) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Tons of thoughtful extras like the EV charger, great WiFi, and even pickleball. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. We'll be back for our next trip for sure!
