Absolutely loved our stay at Tyler’s place! It was super cute, immaculate, had everything we needed and the location was very peaceful and private. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again in the future.

The location was very quiet and relaxing. We were able to use the fire pit and it was great! The cabin is very clean and the decorations were cozy and rustic. Would for sure recommend this Airbnb for anyone’s future stays.

Absolutely amazing nice and cozy

The cabin is beautiful and has great potential, but it really needs better cleaning and maintenance. There’s a lot of dust everywhere — even behind the TVs and in the bathroom where the toilet brush is kept. The washer and dryer are dirty inside and out. The outdoor lights only work halfway, and although the photos show four chairs around the fire pit, there were only three, and they were very dirty. We asked the cleaning staff to clean them, but they didn’t. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and planned to make a barbecue, but neither of the two gas tanks had gas. I started sending messages and calling the host around 6:30 p.m., but never got a response. The cleaning crew finally brought gas at 10 p.m., but by then we had already eaten. The house also had a strong odor, like animal urine, and the front door lock had no battery, so we had to enter through the back. It’s a lovely property, but it needs much better cleaning, maintenance, and communication from the host.

We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area we will stay again. It was very peaceful and a beautiful place the staircase going to the loft was absolutely gorgeous the only issue was that it didn’t have a sofa or recliners or anything to set but we had a camping chair with us so I was ok. I talked to the host and he said he was going to address the seating area and make something work. We will definitely rent again as it was private secluded and fully functional. Bed was amazing and shower was gorgeous

Quiet private surrounding. Quaint cabin. All the fixings for s’mores and a fire pit. Coffee and creamer ready for morning. Bed was comfy and ac worked well for hot summer day! Perfect and clean! Tyler’s communication replies were prompt!

we were very comfortable at Tyler's airbnb and we found in the kitchen everything we need it the location was great as it is close to the rivers we were planning on going. Tyler was very quick to let us know we forgot something important and I was thankfully still in the area, he saved me a big headache!

I had such a wonderful stay at Tyler’s cabin in Homosassa. The cabin was absolutely beautiful super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The surrounding nature was stunning, with such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect getaway if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. Tyler was an amazing host communication was quick, clear, and super friendly throughout our stay. He made everything easy and smooth from check-in to check-out. I will definitely be staying here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great escape. Don’t waste time looking anywhere else the price is fantastic for what you get. A hidden gem for sure! Thanks again, Tyler!

Excellent location for a Homosassas get away. The house is located in a quiet, secluded area while also being right next to the new parkway, 5 minutes from Walmart and a couple extra to the state park. And another 10 minutes to easy food options (I recommend Michael Anthony's Pizza for pizza and Italian, and the Breakfast Station for breakfast/brunch/dinner). The house was cute and had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with most of what you'd need to make and store food. The upstairs loft would be great for kids, or a tight squeeze for adults. And the property was buzzing with the activity of the birds during the day. Bonus is the open sky for nighttime star viewing. Overall this place is exactly as advertised. It's a tiny home secluded in the woods, and has everything you'd need for the stay. Tyler responded quickly for the couple messages I sent and was very helpful. I'd highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a stay in the Homosassas area.

The place is absolutely awesome! Super secluded but the road the Airbnb is on is only 2.5 miles from US19 in homosassa! It’s also, 2 minutes from the toll road entrance that runs to Tampa. The property was stunning and quiet, Airbnb was nice and cozy! The Views and wildlife 💯! Highly recommend staying, having all the stuff for smores at the fire pit was a nice touch!

We were looking to get away from the city for a couple days and the cabin was perfect for it. It’s located minutes away from restaurants and stores, but it’s private and quite enough to forget about life for a little bit. Definitely worth giving it a try.

Everything was awesome, we felt welcome to be there. It’s the little details that makes it great. Also the location is very good, very quiet place, 5 minutes to Walmart and 1 hour to Tampa. I would stay here again !!

I absolutely adored this cabin and its location. It is furnished with everything I could’ve possibly needed including set up for oatmeal, coffee, s’mores (including the sticks to roast marshmallows by the fire pit). Also, there is a hose right by the fire pit making it easy to extinguish at the end of the evening. Everything was clean, it was chilly at night and the heater worked great. It felt very private and welcoming I can’t say enough great things about this place I would absolutely return.

Cute cabin to stay in and very close to Crystal River/Kings Bay. Very clean with nice amenities including a full kitchen with BBQ grill and campfire ring. There is a nice convenient Walmart just a few minutes down the road if you need supplies, food, etc. The cabin is very private, separated by woods from the main house and other properties. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

We had a wonderful weekend at Tyler’s cabin. It was private, peaceful and the cabin itself was beautiful. I loved the small touches like leaving coffee, smores and popcorn. Any question we had Tyler was quick to answer and was so helpful. I highly recommend this cabin! We will be back.

We decided somewhat spontaneously to do a couple days' of fun activities & support mom & pop restaurants that were hard hit during the recent hurricanes here in fall of 2024. This listing is very conveniently located just a couple miles off of the major north-south coastal artery of US Hwy 98, on the FL Gulf coast north of Tampa! It's perfect for a young family with 2 young kids or adolescents who get to sleep in the attic beds!

The place was exactly what we were looking for our girls trip. We wanted a cabin in the woods not super far from home so we were happy to find this beautiful tiny home.

Away from it all, the unfathomable smattering of stars twinkle cartoonishly bright overhead, casting a soft glow over this perfect oasis of distraction-free solitude, nestled within some of the best untouched natural areas in Florida.

We booked The Tiny Cabin after hurricane Helene flooded our original place to stay. Booking was easy and quick. Two days before our stay we took a direct hit by hurricane Milton. After being told we would be without power and wifi for a week we decided we might as well go and enjoy our trip. When we got close I checked for the check-in instructions but hadn’t received them. I contacted Tyler and he responded quickly. He informed me the cabin had lost power that morning ( not hurricane related) and wasn’t sure when it would be restored. He had tried to message me that morning but with everything being crazy from the hurricane I didn’t get it. We saw linemen one street over so we stopped and inquired when they thought power would be restored. They were confident it would be back on quickly. I contacted Tyler again and told him the status and that we would go get our shopping done while we wait. He contacted us before we were done that the cabin was ready. We will book again.

Tyler’s cabin is wonderful, the property is shared with another however, there is complete privacy and the cabin itself is absolutely wonderful. The kitchen is great and the bed is medium soft, I slept great. The biggest positive comment I have is the Awesome water pressure in the shower (WOW) so good!! Having live television was the next bonus for this stay. We were able to stay up to date on the hurricane Milton. And the hosts were very understanding of our situation with the storm. 10/10 would stay again!!

Absolutely beautiful little cabin. Could not have asked for a more peaceful and beautiful setting, had many fires in fire pit, cabin was beautiful, had to contact Tyler once and responded within minutes and was very polite. Lost a couple of nights having fires because of rain with hurricane approaching. This was a very special get away and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. Took a weekend getaway to Crystal River and was only 20 minutes away at the house. Tiny home but definitely worth it. Very clean and well kept.

Private location and a great getaway space!

Tyler was quick to respond and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in. The house was cute and would have been a nice place to stay for a few days, especially if there for scalloping but I literally slept in the bed as I was there for a job in the area.

This place was awesome. We were playing golf at a resort about 10 minutes away so it was a perfect place for a place to stay. We weren't there long but was exactly as described, and we really enjoyed our few hours. The A/C units were so nice to a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs so we were all comfortable. While we weren't there for this reason, it would be a good spot to stay for scalloping as well out of Homossassa. It would have been pretty close to the boat ramps, and a fun place to hang out outside, with the fire pit, grill and patio.

I booked this stay very last minute; I had reached out to him about checking in early due to a wedding I had to be at, and he responded within 4 minutes! He was very accommodating and it was such an easy process followed along with very well put instructions on how to find the house and anything you may need during your stay. The house is a small cabin like and that’s exactly what it felt like, a little cabin in the woods. It was perfect with a huge area for my dog to go outside. Very grateful

I rented just for a night for a outdoor experience with my sons and husband for Father’s Day weekend and it was awesome! So close to just about anything you will need! Very clean and organised, and there were some games and even the grill made us feel at home. Best part was the fire pit! Made many memories with my family! Will definitely do again

As we stay at a lot of air bnb’s was very disappointed on the tiny cabin. We had some cleaning issues the day we arrived but I can tell you Tyler had someone right there to clean and fix the problems. I messaged Tyler the first 2 days due to issues and my recommendations to him and never has he tried to reach out during the rest of our 2 week stay to see how things were going, if we needed anything, no thank you’s for staying on our last day. The washer sounded like an mri machine I had to take my wash to my daughters house could not stand the noise (I’m not the only one who commented about the same thing), the dryer smells up the inside of the house might need be cleaned I had to shut the barn doors. Absolutely no place comfortable to sit in the kitchen area (no couch) and no tv, you have to watch tv sitting on the bed. There should be 2 chairs on the front porch to sit in not just around the fire pit. This wasn’t a vacation for us we were moving and had no place else to go.

A beautiful wonderful escape if you really want to get away from everybody and enjoy the beautiful springs nearby,also downtown Brooksville is 20 minutes away.. complete privacy and a beautiful cabin inside and out..

We had a fantastic time at the tiny cabin. It's very peaceful. We loved to sit by the fire pit and listen to the wind blow through the trees that surrounded the property. The property has all the amenities and the necessities that you would need for your stay. We would definitely book it again.

Property is very well stocked and clean. We stayed for 5 nights and the property is not great for a long term stay. There is no comfortable seating in the main room and no TV. We had issues with the electrical system (Blowing breakers) and the washer and dryer.

We had an amazing time here! For a tiny house, the 4 of us felt as though we had tons of room. The shower is amazing, the upstairs loft was great, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and it all just felt so homey. The highlight for us was the outdoor sitting area and fire pit. We were able to spread out comfortably, enjoy the fire, make s’mores and look at the stars. Location wise this was super convenient. We were close to three sister springs in Crystal River as well as to seven sister springs in Homosassa. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved this place! My only suggestion would be a deck of cards or some board games. It was soooo cute!!

We had a great stay. The tiny cabin is tiny. Perfect for a couple with two kids. The loft is crawling space only. Thought it was the small tiny cabin right next to the big cabin. Tried to get into it. Texted owner who responded right away: wrong cabin. Fire pit would have been fun but we picked a rainy weekend.

Clean and neat. Quiet and isolated but close to everything.

The cabin was cute, nice fire ring outside. Cute loft my young adult daughter liked sleeping in. Easy communication with manager. My only complaint is the cabin was not clean. Dirty floors and pieces of trash in bedroom and loft. Whereas we are charged a cleaning fee and asked to put towels in wash and dishes in dishwasher I feel the unit should be super clean upon arrival.

Absolutely enthralled with the privacy and location of this property. The cabin was very nice throughout and the gas stove with the griddle was a nice surprise. Perfect spot for a campfire after dark and just watching the sky. Quiet and secluded this is definitely on our list for a return visit later this year.

Everything was nice and clean. Its not hard to get to but just enough off the road to be very quiet. Had zero issues with check in, everything was nice and clean. Would stay there again.

We booked another cabin for our anniversary and it didn’t turn out to be what we thought it was so we looked around last minute and found this place! Let me tell you Tyler saved our trip! It was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful and secluded getaway for us! He was very responsive and flexible to work with being that we booked literally the day of us getting there haha. Everything we did is about 20 mins away, from monkey island, Homosassa wildlife state park and kings bay for kayak! Overall a 10/10 for us, we will be returning!!!

Had such a great night at the tiny cabin! We will 100% be staying here again soon, the only suggestion we would have is the pressure at the sinks is low and doesn’t turn on the tankless water heater. Shower worked great!

Tyler was friendly and responsive. He was proactive and even allowed early check in. The property was cute and exactly what my husband and I were looking for.

This cabin was located so close to our family for the holidays which was huge for us! It is gated and nestled back down a narrow path. There is a big area where your kids can run, games on the porch, & a fire pit area with party lights above it. Everything is updated. Keep in mind that it is a tiny cabin & the loft is only really only fitting for smaller preteens not adults and there is not a way to bring the mattresses down from the loft. The kitchen was so well laid out & we liked that there were 2 doors to the bathroom. We had everything we needed however, the bed was so uncomfy. We did rearrange the slates underneath the bed which made it better. The dryer made the loudest noise so we didn’t use. Also the hot water wasn’t really hot. We did enjoy our stay and the location near fam the most! There is a code to both doors which was convenient.

My husband and I booked this amazing cabin for our weekend getaway. It was nothing short of amazing!! The cabin was clean and smelled great. The bathrooms were stocked with different toiletries. It’s a very unplugged atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Firepit was perfect and the grounds were well kept! 10/10 stay!

Place appeared older and well used needs touch up in certain areas . Bed is super soft, Just to let you know. No instructions on how to turn on an off upper AC unit and loft. Come in at 11 PM second Night internet was not working was unable to watchTV. not Bothering homeowners at 11 PM at night going to attempt to contact somebody and interrupt their evening. Upon waking up next morning at 6 AM still not wanting to bother The homeowners we decided to pack up and go home with inability of not having internet For TV and all other communications needed. So the third night that we paid for we did not staeither we sent a long letter afterwards to the bed and breakfast owners describing everything to them and all they did was give us excuses no apologies no insecurities. And at no time was I expecting a refund were not staying the third night. I was just trying to give them some Suggestions on how to make their place a 5 instead of a 4. Take pictures save for later needs. Fresh and up loc

The location was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by trees and nature which is exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t hear or see the main cabin once we drove past it to get to where we stayed. Very cute inside and out. Top loft area has a low ceiling and is pretty tight. The downstairs bed is quite soft but nice. Loved the porch, although some seating (on the porch) and perhaps a sun shade near the outdoor area would be a nice addition. Convenient to local springs, restaurants, and attractions. Over all would love to come back ! Thanks again !
