"Magical experience at a perfect little spot! I tend to be impulsive and book solo experiences and trips last minute - Lex’s place was PERFECT for this. Super responsive - very clear communication and expectations of the place made room for no surprises and great preparation, even for me! The place was beautiful and the property was serene and private. I was just close enough to the Grand Canyon south rim, which was my intended destination for sunrise - however, the views were so beautiful I actually stayed right in bed for the majority of sunrise before heading up! There was a meteor shower the night I stayed - which I also got to experience right from bed thanks to the immaculate views and set up of the home. I will absolutely be staying here again - and I never revisit the same places!! Highly recommend for a true glamping experience. Magical!!”
On a road trip to the Grand Canyon my daughter saw this air B&B and couldn’t wait to stay in the stargazer. She’s 8 and called it the place in the middle of nowhere and it didn’t disappoint we snuggled up on the bed and stared at the stars. It was exactly what she wanted.
This was the perfect place to stay for a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Beautiful view, would gladly stay here again!

The house was the perfect size and setup for my family. All bedrooms are upstairs so there privacy from downstairs noise.
Great Stay!! House just as described! The pool was the selling point for us! Even in the beginning of March it was as warm as a hot tub! We had 2 families in town for a volleyball tournament and after a long day of volleyball it was perfect to just relax and unwind. We sat outside by the fire pit and made s’mores ( provided by host!). House is an older home with hardwood floors that tend to squeak a bit, but such great character! I am very picky about cleanliness and this house did not disappoint! We did not cook much but kitchen had everything you need to feel like home. Neighborhood is older, but close to so much!! We even found a little town a few streets away with cute shops and the best little breakfast diner! Tyler was very responsive even prior to booking property and made sure we had contact information throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be towel hooks in bathrooms and garbage can in upstairs bathroom. If in the area we would definitely stay here again!

Nice older home. Pool is small, but was still nice to use with the heat. Tyler fantastic to work with, very responsive, even added a hot tub amenity which wasn’t in initial listing.
We drove 3 hours to stay the weekend. This place is great for a quiet, relaxing vibe, but close enough to all the fun as well! The house had everything we needed for the entire weekend. The host, Tyler, was in touch, making sure everything was up to par!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hot tub and small pool were perfect for keeping the kids entertained and gave us adults a chance to relax and unwind. The hosts provided thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and hot cocoa station, which made the stay feel extra cozy and welcoming.The layout worked well for our group, though it’s worth noting that all bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed by a narrow, turning staircase…something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility.The home is in a peaceful location just a short drive from Louisville, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the property and the nearby city attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return
This was a charming older home with ample size bedrooms very nice amenities in a very quiet neighborhood. Tyler was a great host and everything was as stated.
Great place for a group of adults to stay My extended family stayed together at this house to attend a family funeral in new Albany. The location pros are the kitchen and living area are great for group hang outs, the pool area is a great place to relax during good weather, and the location is close to things to do in new Albany. The cons are that the bunk beds are not suitable for children and may even be dangerous for some adults (which is hard to tell from the photos). They are separate to the main house and the door exits right to the pool so it’s not suitable for young children. The top bunks also have bars that a child could easily fall through. But they would be perfect for a group of adults hanging out. Another dangerous aspect for children is that the house is built right next to a huge drop off and a child could easily walk right off the edge of a mini cliff. I suggest barriers are out up in future for guests with young children. Also note that the pool is not heated like advertised, it was freezing! Hot tub made up for it. Beds and pillows are comfy, game rooms are super fun, everything else about the house is great. The best part of our stay was how responsive the host was. We couldn’t have asked for more. Tyler did everything he could to help answer our questions and concerns. What more could you ask for?!The house was extremely clean and so much fun with all the extra games (pool table, shuffle board, basketball game etc!) The location was perfect as well. We are all from out of town in small communities so being close to some shopping was a really great perk!

Stayed for trade show @ Expo Center - great location, quick trip to anywhere around the city. Great host.
We enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, good spaces for hanging out, nice area to explore. Hot tub was great. Nice extra touches to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Directions for things around the house and communication was very clear and easy.
We loved this cute and inviting home on a quiet street. The super private backyard with hot tub, patio, and sauna was like a private retreat. The large dining rm /living rm /kitchen was a great community space for our family gathering.
